From our humble beginnings as a painting and decorating business in the early 1960s, we have grown into an award-winning chartered building company, providing quality comprehensive building maintenance and refurbishment services to a wide range of London and Home Counties clients.

Based in Greenwich, London, we provide commercial clients, local authorities, housing associations, retail outlets, private clients and government bodies from across London and the Home Counties with the very best in building maintenance and refurbishment services.

Health & Safety
All our team are well trained in health and safety issues. Our attention to health and safety has gained us OHSAS 45001 approval and accreditation from the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS), awarded for high levels of compliance and safety management.
We are also members of a number of safety focused associations and organisations, including the Royal Society of Prevention of Accidents, SafeContractor, the British Safety Council and the Royal Society of Health.
Terry Hilton, our Operations Director, heads up company safety and is an associate member of the Royal Society of Health. He works closely with Company Director Steve Hilton, who holds a NEBOSH certificate in Occupational Safety and Health, on all company health and safety strategy, alongside an external and independent health and safety consultant.
Typically, we are appointed as the Principal Contractor under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.
Construction phase health and safety plans are prepared in-house, with all the relevant information being forwarded to the planning co-ordinator, upon completion of the contract, to compile the archived health and safety file.
