Historical Projects

The Queen's House, National Maritime Museum, Greenwich

The Queen's House is an ancient monument.  This project comprised the internal redecorations, fit out and installation of false walls, new lighting to gallery space and installation of blinds in conjunction with a specialist design team appointed by the National Maritime Museum.

The Royal Observatory, Greenwich

Located in Greenwich Park, this prestigious building required works consisting of external re-decorations, specifically to the ‘Time Ball’ located at the top of the Observatory and extensive timber and wood care repairs to various buildings on this site.

London Wall Buildings

Set in the heart of London Sq Mile, London Wall is a most prestigious and well known city landmark. This award winning contract involved the complete external redecoration and included for what are fondly named the forgotten trades such as gold gilding and stone masonry.

Heathfield House

Contained within the grounds of the 216 acre Heathfield Park, the Grade 2 Listed Regency mansion house required a total refurbishment of the exterior. This was overseen by English Heritage ensuring that the works were undertaken in sympathy with the original architect's design, colour and style.

Social Housing Projects

Cyclical Redecorations

Internal decorations to communal areas using easy clean paints, e.g. extreme clean (Crown system). This project covered the Bromley, Greenwich and Lewisham areas and ran from October 2010- March 2011. We just undertaken the second phase of these works and are due to complete shortly.

We have also previously completed a 5 year partnering project for cyclical painting and decorating to Housing Association Properties across South East London.

Glenthorpe, Putney Park Avenue, London SW15

This project involved window and door replacement and associated repairs and redecorations and communal staircase redecorations to 71 flats in 2 no. sheltered housing blocks. All the flats were occupied by the elderly residents during the course of the works which involved a high level of resident liaison before commencement through to completion.

Bevill Allen Close, Wandsworth

This project involved the PVCu window renewal and complete redecoration of internal communal areas, external redecorations and repairs to several low rise apartment blocks.  This project had a high level of resident liaison with our on-site resident liaison officers and management team. Residents were in occupation throughout this project.

TOR Coatings

Various Housing Association Properties across the South East of England - Internal communal decorations, external decorations and fire upgrade works to communal areas using TOR fire upgrade system.  These works were carried out to residential care homes and residential apartment blocks.

Projects with a Difference

The Bittoms Multi Storey Car Park, Kingston Upon Thames

Charlton Athletic FC

With only a short window between end of season’s fixtures and the start of a new season, this fast track contract involved the redecoration of the main reception area, boardrooms, hospitality suites, executive boxes and all of the toilet facilities with the stadium.

Corn Exchange Maidstone

This award winning fast track contract allowed only 16 days from start to finish, including the erection and dismantling of a full birdcage scaffold. With substantial damages for non-completion, 24hr shift working was necessitated. The contract was completed two days ahead of schedule.
