A complete refurbishment was required as the primary school was being converted to provide temporary accommodation for the East Dulwich Harris Academy. This project required a high level of on-site management as our contracts team and sub-contractors were working alongside other contractors. As principal contractor Hilton Abbey were responsible for co-ordinating the activities of all contractors to ensure they complied with CDM regulations and health & safety law. Hilton Abbey successfully led the team resulting in the project being delivered on time and to the client’s exacting requirements.

| TYPE OF WORKS | TOR Coatings to Gutter Trays |

The client contacted Hilton Abbey for advice in relation to some leaking gutters. Replacing the gutters would have proved costly so we recommended waterproofing them using a TOR Elastaseal System. This provided the client with a 15 year guarantee and the cost was significantly lower than originally anticipated which enabled the client to re-invest the savings on future schemes.
